CONFERENCE and meetings stalwart Noor Ahmad Hamid has been selected to enter the Events Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders.
The Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) chief operating officer will be honoured along with other leading figures in the global meetings industry at the Events Industry Council’s Global Awards in las Vegas on October 10 during IMEX America.

Noor was previously Asia Pacific director for ICCA and grew the region into the conference organiser association’s largest chapter.
The Events Industry Council has more than 30 member organisations with more than 103,500 individuals, and 19,500 firms and properties involved in the global events industry.
It operates the Certified Meeting Professional certification programme which is recognised as a badge of excellence in conference organising and advocates on behalf of the business events industry.
