AIME 2022 gets to Grip with meetings algorithm

Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event unveils tech partner to ‘supercharge‘ business matchmaking at 2022 trade show

AIME is partnering with event-tech platform Grip to connect buyers and suppliers at the 2022 event in Melbourne.

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event is set to be the first event to kick-off the region’s business events calendar in the new year when it opens March 21-23 in-person and March 28 to April 1 online.

Organisers say the new tech appointment is set to help “supercharge business opportunities” through its matchmaking capabilities.

As part of the new partnership, London headquartered Grip will launch its innovative meetings algorithm in an Asia Pacific in-person event first by matching connections between AIME attendees using over a billion artificial intelligence data points to unite preferences.

“AIME’s delighted to announce this new partnership with Grip, which brings to the table extensive experience in delivering successful outcomes at major business events across the globe,” said Calder.

“This really feels like a natural partnership with both our organisations committed to excellence in all that we do.
