SingapoReimagine MICE Virtual Show to encourage business event activity and highlight city’s anti-Covid measures

MEETINGS and business event activity are continuing to be encouraged by Singapore Tourism Board with a virtual trade show lined up for March 3-4.

The SingapoReimagine MICE Virtual Show plans to raise awareness about how prepared the city state is for organising meetings, incentives, conferences and events.

As many as 40 suppliers including convention centres, hotels, unique meeting venues, destination management companies and tour operators of Singapore are expected to participate in the two-day virtual show.

STB said the show would highlight Singapore’s progress towards the safe resumption of business events, site visits to unique venues, culinary masterclasses, along with “new and reimagined MICE experiences with live-streaming virtual tours” and more.

The event follows Singapore’s hosting of PCMA Convening Leaders in January which was held in a hybrid format from Marina Bay Sands’ Global Broadcast Centre. The in-person show featured testing protocols and precautions such as social distancing.

A three-day, two-night trip to Singapore on Singapore Airlines, complete with a hosted stay and exclusive experiences, is on offer to the Top 5 buyers who have attended the virtual event.
