New faces as Get Global launches third edition

TRAVEL organisers operating services to Cuba, Cambodia, Latin America and Morocco are among the first-time participants at Get Global, the Australia incentive and meetings show for outbound groups.

The third edition of Get Global opens on Friday and 40 per cent of exhibitors will be newcomers, say the show’s co-founders Gary Bender and Donna Kessler.

Participating for the first time are providers such as Senses of Cuba, Europe Incoming, Angkor Destination Travel, Latin American Alliance and Experience Morocco.

Get Global has also teamed up with Saxton Speakers to organise talks on leadership, future insights, mental health and motivation, and inspiring stories

Anne Jamieson, Saxton’s CEO, says research shows that these are the universal themes attendees want to hear about.

The line-up of speakers includes Michelle Bridges, Matt Jones, Curtis McGrath, Felicity Furey and Janine Garner, who each have distinct stories and experiences in business and life.

Andrew Klein will be returning as Get Global’s MC and will also share his insightful presentation Pitching for Business.

Event organisers and planners will have the opportunity to win spectacular experiences provided by exhibitors to visit all corners of the globe, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai, Fiji, New Zealand, Hawaii, Hong Kong, New Caledonia, Singapore, Russia, London and the United States.

Get Global will be held in The Gallery, ICC Sydney, July 26; register here…
