INFORMA Markets Asia has announced dates and content partner for a new international conference and exhibition it is launching in Hong Kong.
Super Terminal Expo is scheduled to take place at AsiaWorld-Expo, November 5-7, 2024 and set to attract decision-makers and thought leaders from aviation, air cargo transportation and logistics.
Organisers have also joined forces with CAPA – Centre for Aviation, which provides market intelligence and is part of Informa’s Aviation Week network.
The venue’s location alongside Hong Kong International Airport, and the new Sky City taking shape near the bridge- and sea-tunnel link to Macau and Zhuhai, reflects the content elements of the conference and the advancements being made in the Greater Bay Area.
“Setting the dates for Super Terminal Expo represents a significant milestone for us as we strive to shape the future of the transportation and logistics sectors,” David Bondi, senior vice president, Informa Markets Asia.
“Our partnership with CAPA enhances the quality experience for our participants, setting Super Terminal Expo up as an unmissable event for industry leaders,” Bondi said.
CAPA is also hosting its Airline Leader Summit and Sustainability Awards 2024 during Super Terminal Expo.
Sam Kuhner, senior director, business operations at CAPA, said: “The convergence of the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia and Sustainability Awards 2024 and Super Terminal Expo in the dynamic city of Hong Kong sets the stage for an extraordinary November next year.
“There will be a potent synergy between Super Terminal Expo and our summit’s attendees, leading to an unparalleled atmosphere of innovation, collaboration, and growth within the broader global transportation and logistics industry.”
Jack So, chair of Airport Authority Hong Kong, which is the strategic partner for Super Terminal Expo, said: “Hong Kong will be the epicentre of change for the transportation and logistics sectors next November. Hosting the Super Terminal Expo and the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Asia and Sustainability Awards 2024 will bolster our city’s commitment to fostering progress and development within these critical industries.”
AsiaWorld-Expo chair, Simon Li, said that as the official venue partner for Super Terminal Expo, AWE would facilitate “transformative dialogues set to redefine the transportation and logistics sectors”.
