RX wins workplace culture triple crown

GLOBAL exhibitions company RX has scooped three first-in-category places in an awards event held by a top workplace culture and brand reputation platform.

RX, formerly known as Reed, gained the trio of accolades in Comparably’s Q2 Best Places to Work Awards. RX took the top spot in the Best Leadership Teams, Best HR Teams, and Best Product & Design Teams categories.

A company spokesman said the achievements reflected RX’s commitment to fostering a dynamic, innovative workplace, as shared by employees through anonymous feedback on the comparably.com website.

Comparably determines its quarterly awards based on extensive employee feedback collected over a 12 month period. Rankings are driven by responses to more than 50 questions across nearly 20 core categories, including leadership, compensation, work-life balance, professional development, and more.

“At RX, we believe that our success starts with our people,” said Hugh Jones, RX’s chief executive. “Being recognised by Comparably for our leadership, HR, and Product and Design teams is a true honour and a testament to the dedication and passion of every individual in our organisation.

Our mission is not only to drive innovation in the events industry but also to create a workplace where every team member feels valued and motivated to make an impact”
– Hugh Jones, RX chief executive

RX attributed the recognition for its Product and Design Teams to its unique workplace environment, which combines a fast-paced, startup-like culture with the resources and support of a global organisation. According to RX, employees from the teams praised the company for its flexibility, creativity, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Receiving the Best Leadership Team accolade for the fourth consecutive year, the leadership team at RX was praised for its “visibility, approachability, and commitment to innovation”, the company said in a statement. One employee noted: “Our leadership team combines creativity, expertise, and a passion for innovation. They inspire us to think big and work collaboratively.”
