Hyatt offers alliance to planners

Hotelier extends strategy from the US to Asia Pacific by providing a centralised approach to event management when properties across the region are used for multiple events

HYATT is stepping up its competitive appeal to planners who organise events in multiple cities across Asia Pacific by offering a “strategic initiative” to streamline their work.  

The Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings and Events Alliance is designed to build on the success of other alliances launched in the United States for convention planners, and the wellness and resorts markets. It offers a centralised approach to event management when using Hyatt properties.

Nine properties in key business and conference destinations in Asia Pacific including Bali, Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong have been chose as part of an initial rollout.

Event service teams at the properties will work together across locations to deliver on planner needs by enabling benefits and operational efficiency for large-scale meetings and events clients.

What’s in the deal?

  • Dedicated Centralised Contact and Support: Dedicated alliance hotel representatives will collaborate to streamline the negotiation and event planning process across participating properties, ensuring seamless transitions from one event to the next.

    • Exclusive VIP Club Lounge Access
    • Curated Spa & Wellness Offerings
    • Exclusive Incentives for multi-events
    • Special Offers on F&B Dining Packages
    • Up to TRIPLE World of Hyatt Points
