SINGAPORE Event organisers looking for unique accommodations for its VIPs during a corporate retreat may want to consider the new rooms at Resorts World Sentosa.
The integrated restor has recently introduced two unique tree-top lofts, Angsana and Tembusu, which are both nestled 12 metres in the air among tropical trees.
It aims to provide a getaway for guests looking for a quiet place to meet, relax and getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lofts will combine the comfort of top-class hotel amenities – including butler service – with the serenity of the surrounding greenery.
Both lofts feature a living room, bedroom and bathroom. About 90 square metres of outdoor terraces and timber patios surround the suites, which can hold up to 30 people for a private party. Furnishings take on a rustic wooden look, while wide-spanning glass doors provide an abundance of natural light, combining modernity with simplicity. All glass doors also have mosquito screens attached to them, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
Many environmental factors have been taken into consideration throughout the planning and construction stages to make sure any harm to the surrounding nature is minimal. Trees were also replanted to reforest the bare ground after construction.
