BALI Beach Club is the newest place to be in the upmarket enclave of Nusa Dua. The seafront bistro and lounge is located within the premises of the recently opened Courtyard by Marriott Bali.
Situated on a private beach lined with coconut trees and tropical gardens, it overlooks a popular surfing wave and lush peninsula. It is also set along a promenade favoured for tranquil walks and cardio exercises.
“We can host functions for up to 180 people,” said Nicolas Rescheke, the resort’s director of sales and marketing. “We expect keen interest for MICE events that take advantage of combining the hotel for formal receptions and the Beach Club for more casual affairs.”
The venue is connected by a resort shuttle bus that departs the hotel every 30 minutes. Guests can opt for the healthy alternative of taking a 10-minute stroll along the palm-fringed boulevard that leads to the bistro.
The Beach Club is equipped with enclosed garden showers, spacious lounge chairs with beach parasols and towels, daybeds and an open-air bar and bistro. Its on-location chef and serving staff offer an eclectic menu, which includes gourmet hotdogs, tacos, satay, grilled prawns, veggie burgers and a variety of beverages from wine and beer to smoothies and fresh juice.
