Thai tourism chiefs honour operators for health-safety

Tourism Authority of Thailand names 160 winning companies for high achievement in protecting customers and staff from Covid by participating in Safety and Health Administration certificate

BUSINESSES in Thailand involved with the business events and tourism sectors have been recognised for achieving excellent safety and hygiene to prevent the spread of Covid-19 on their premises.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand has announced 160 winners of the “The Best of SHA Awards 2021” along with 11 companies that achieved the top ranking in each of 10 categories.

The awards are based on the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) scheme which was launched last June to help ensure the health and safety of visitors and staff.
