LANSON PLACE Hospitality Management has appointed Louis Chang as Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Lanson Place, Chang was owners’ representative for New World Development, overseeing a portfolio of 21 luxury hotels across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
For five years he was operations controller for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and has held senior finance leadership roles with Hyatt Asia Pacific more than two decades.
Chang’s extensive background in luxury hospitality includes leading operating efficiencies and hybrid residence and hotel operations.

Reporting directly to Michael Hobson, Chief Executive Officer of Lanson Place, Chang will drive growth, optimise performance and further elevate the guest experience.
