This month, W Hong Kong is encouraging delegates to get the blood pumping in one of many Sweat It Out sessions.
Every Saturday, the hotel is hosting a one-hour fitness class at its rooftop pool Wet. The workout is followed by a healthy dining experience from the Kitchen restaurant’s new spring menu. A variety of detox shooters, juices and drinks will be available, in addition to a Calvin Klein goodie bag.
Sessions include: a cardio dance for week one, a bodyweight conditioning class for week two, silent disco yoga for week three and a high intensity pilates session for week four.
