To mark the 25th Anniversary of Aids Concern in Hong Kong, The Langham Hong Kong launched its Triple Zero Red campaign, hosting a charity gala dinner with a red-themed menu and red cocktail to raise funds for Aids Concern. The month-long campaign kicked off with the Aids Concern 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner on November 13, and will continue with special “red” fundraising menus at The Bostonian, and a unique red cocktail at the hotel’s award-winning Artesian Bar. Ten per cent of the proceeds of these menus will go to the charity.
Created by executive chef Pedro Samper for the charity, the Triple Zero Red menu features four-course journey that begins with Baked Scallops with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and The Bostonian Lobster Bisque, followed by a Petit Filet Mignon and a sweet Forest Berry Panna Cotta.
Artesian mixologist Rajendra “Rush” Limbu has also created the 2-5-0 Red Cocktail featuring gin, Chinese liqueur Kuei Hua Chen Chew, Contratto Bitter, cranberry juice, lemon juice and mint.
