Jublia said the launch this week of Ask Judy in Public Mode will enable more organisers to have broader engagement with audiences, sponsors, exhibitors, and potential attendees.
The Singapore-based company says its latest innovation follows the launch in August 2024 of Ask Judy AI, which has already answered 45,000-plus queries, assisted 18,000-plus users and powered over 100 events worldwide.
Jublia says the new public mode version of Ask Judy AI will transform how stakeholders discover and interact with event content.
We believe access should never be a barrier. By offering it at no cost, we ensure that every organiser can maximise engagement, and every audience can feel included from the first interaction.”

Answers are generated by Jublia’s event-specific AI engine, says a spokesperson, and trained solely on data provided by organisers.
Kuan Yan Tan, CEO of Jublia, added: “Events are about creating meaningful connections – and that starts with making information accessible to everyone.
“By bringing Ask Judy AI to the public domain, we are helping organisers empower all stakeholders with instant, relevant answers that matter,” Tan said.

Jublia said its Ask Judy Ai is grounded in “curated event data” with each response drawn from verified sources to ensure the information “stays event-specific, accurate, and free from irrelevant answers often seen in other AI tools”.
The decision to launch ask Judy in Public Mode stemmed from Julia’s commitment to “helping the industry thrive”.
“Making Ask Judy AI in Public Mode free was a deliberate choice,” Tan added. “We believe access should never be a barrier. By offering it at no cost, we ensure that every organiser can maximise engagement, and every audience can feel included from the first interaction.”
