Sunnyside Estate in the Mount Eliza area is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s newest luxury event facilities, recently restored and relaunched by Food & Desire as one of its venue options.
Spaces
The catering and meeting spaces centre on an old homestead surrounded by gardens, sandstone terraces and vineyard views looking out over Port Phillip Bay.

The former church-owned buildings now take on a Mediterranean feel and can be configured into venues for corporate incentives, product launches and gala receptions. The recent renovation has maintained the estate’s sense of heritage while allowing spaces to be adapted for contemporary business events.
Planners can use outdoor dining settings in the estate’s vineyard precinct while garden terraces make fine locations for cocktails and networking. Indoors, Sunnyside offers a purpose‑built ballroom-style space with capacity for about 260 seated guests or 500 for cocktails.
Activities
Between meetings, delegates can stroll the gardens or join wine tastings with views of the estate’s natural landscape.

2 / Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill
Backgrounder
Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill blends cool‑climate vineyards with that sense of class reminiscent of an English-style country house on which its design was based. Along with 30-plus acres of gardens, lakes and vines, Lancemore offers a a quaint setting for corporate retreats with a tasting room and winery a short stroll from the conference rooms.

The property features 40 guest rooms, as well as five purpose‑built meeting rooms totalling 622 sqm of event space. The Lakeview Room is the largest conference space with 340 sqm with theatre capacity for 200 delegates. Breakout rooms upporting rooms include Burton (120 sqm) and Woodclyff (120 sqm), both with adjacent outdoor decking.

Group experiences include wine-and-cheese pairing masterclasses, guided tastings at the Lindenderry Cellar Door, a Gin Making Masterclass, and wellness sessions such as yoga or meditation in the zen garden. Outdoor courtyards and make ideal locations for networking lunches or long-table banquets.

The unique visitor spot of Pt Leo Estate combines a 50‑acre vineyard with sweeping views over Western Port Bay and one of Australia’s leading sculpture parks, spanning 16 acres and featuring more than 70 large‑scale artworks.

For MICE groups, Pt Leo offers three event spaces, including its fine‑dining highlight Laura, and a Relais & Châteaux‑appointed restaurant ideal for executive dining or product showcases. The estate can host up to 200 guests for conferences or corporate dinners, with options for boardroom‑style meetings, breakouts and exclusive property hire.
Delegates can participate in arts‑themed team‑building with painting in the Sculpture Park or enjoy curated wine experiences at the Cellar Door or Wine Terrace, which accommodates up to 100 theatre‑style or 120 for cocktails. The venue’s design is based on the merging of art, wine and Australian coastal landscape, which all makes for an engaging icebreaker stroll with groups exchanging views, or simply contemplating the diverse collection of sculptures.

Backgrounder
Australia’s first luxury coach with an onboard cocktail bar, The LUX Coach can be described as a private jet lounge on wheels. Developed in Melbourne by Darren Lucas and his daughter Tess, the vehicle is designed to bring glamour to corporate transfers, winery trails and incentive itineraries.

Spaces
The coach features seating for up to 20, a well-stocked cocktail bar, butler service, a 50‑inch LCD screen, and a powder room.
The LUX Coach is also called upon for VIP transfers, dining excursions, post‑conference wind‑downs or wine tours.
Whereabouts
LUX Coach is garaged in Melbourne with chartered pickups across the city and rural Victoria.
