How to present online with impact
PCMA is running a Help Your Speakers Present with Impact session aimed at showing speakers who have mainly presented in front of live audience to adjust to an online setting.

The online setting requires a very different skill set to speaking on stage in front of a large audience, says Gabrielle Dolan, a highly sought-after keynote speaker and educator who had worked with leaders from around the world.

Dolan will outline common mistakes to avoid when presenting digitally along with tips and methods to make a better impact online.

Dragon tracks recovery
Dragon Trail’s July webinar looks at recovery prospects for Chinese outbound groups, with a guide to how destinations and other businesses can engage the Chinese travel trade.
