SINGAPORE Reward programmes for executives have come a long way from being purely cash driven to their current state – experienced based.
Mix explores this interesting evolution at the panel discussion, “The Power of Incentives – New Initiatives, Same Objectives”, during leading travel and hospitality show, ITB Asia, in Singapore next month.
Forum participants represent prestigious corporations, who, year in and year out, organise and participate in incentive travel activities aiming to motivate, engage and exhilarate their employees to produce positive and effective outcomes.
Talking points will revolve around topics such as pitting cash against the incentive experience; providing unique experiences to motivate and reward employees in order to maintain long-term loyalty; the pros and cons of short-haul trips versus long-haul trips; exceeding expectations and whetting the thirst for richer incentive offerings; getting creative with incentive programmes; and servicing the incentive client.
Sharing their views in the panel discussion are:
• Danielle Puceta, vice president and general manager, American Express Meetings & Events
• Bob Guy, CMP, managing director, Singapore & Malaysia, Destination Asia
• Rusman Salem, vice president of international business development, ADR Group of Companies (Indonesia)
• Benjamin Fox, general manager, Imagination Singapore
Mix’s session is scheduled on Friday, October 19 from 10am to 12pm at Begonia Room 3012, Marina Bay Sands. Mix plans similar exchange forums such as this ITB Asia initiative in the future.
