HONG KONG The city’s tallest skyscraper is hosting events – 393 metres above sea level – at sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck.
Located on the International Commerce Centre’s (ICC) 100th floor, the attraction is the highest indoor observation deck in the metropolis, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a sweeping panoramic view of the city.
The deck also lends itself as a venue for corporate meetings and events. Since its opening, it has hosted conferences, product launches and exhibits, to name a few. Event organisers are given 16,000 square metres of space to work with, and are free to bring in their own caterers for convenience. Possible seating arrangements include banquet and cocktails for up to 1,000 guests.
sky100 is accessible via Elements mall, located below the ICC tower. Four high-speed elevators – each roomy enough for 15 – can transport visitors from the shopping mall's second floor to the observation deck in a minute. Groups staying at W Hong Kong are a stone’s throw away from Elements, while those booked at The Ritz-Carlon – located on the ICC’s 102nd to 118th floors – need only travel down two floors.
