TEAM BUILDING ASIA (TBA) is expanding into the corporate sports and wellness markets following its recent acquisition of a Hong Kong-based events operator.
TBA, founded by Stuart Harris and David Simpson, has purchased Mark Sinclair’s Team Build Events, whose event management portfolio extends to corporate tournaments, brand activations, and sports and wellness.
Sinclair would continue as sales and special projects director, with the two brands running separately, Harris told MIX. TBA would focus on team building, HR-linked training and conferences, while Team Build Events would specialise in larger-scale events.
