SINGAPORE Marina Bay Sands has rolled out a new innovative arrival service that allows hotel guests the option of completing the check-in process whilst on the complimentary hotel coach from Changi Airport.
A guest service agent will register the client's details via a hand-held tablet. The data will then be updated in real time into the hotel’s computerised guest system – an industry first – allowing for complete check-in, including credit card verification and collection of the room key-card. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can then proceed directly to their hotel room, avoiding delays at the front desk and maximising their time on the property.
