INDEPENDENT research following AIME 2025 in Melbourne shows a projected A$400 million in business transactions between buyers and suppliers – a 21 per cent increase from last year’s record-breaking event.

AIME 2025, which was held at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in February, has set new records for its size, number of hosted buyers, exhibitors, attendees, and the value of business generated on the show floor, say organisers.
With more than 675 exhibiting organisations, 640 hosted buyers, and 4,500-plus attendees from around the world, the show was also the biggest event so far delivered by Talk2Media & Events, which has managed the Asia Pacific Incentives Event (AIME) on behalf of Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) since 2019.
AIME 2025’s success has led to Talk2Media being re-appointed to deliver the event in partnership with through to an including the event’s 2028 edition.
