Cievents, a full service events agency, is relaunching its rewards and recognition segment as a standalone operation.
The rewards and recognition team, operational under the cievents brand since 2009, takes new name Ciloyalty.
“We are excited to launch Ciloyalty to the market as its own end to end service,” says Alison Roberts (main picture), Ciloyalty general manager. “Our goal is to create inspirational programmes which will transform business performance through creative and targeted incentive marketing solutions.”
The Ciloyalty team, based in Melbourne and Sydney, work with clients nationally and globally to develop tailored programmes.
Services include programme research and design, communications, platform development and management, reporting analysis and review, customer service, reward sourcing and fulfilment.
“We firmly believe that the behaviour of individuals within a company can produce positive change,” says Ciloyalty general manager Alison Roberts. “By developing tailored programmes that reflect the unique values and objectives of a business, we aim to encourage positive employee engagement, increase retention and boost overall productivity.”
Roberts adds the platform’s reward catalogue is “one of the largest in Australia, with thousands of available items, regularly updated to reflect current lifestyle trends”.
Cievents has offices in 10 countries, including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States, South Africa and New Zealand.
