AEG Facilities targets convention market with global campaign

AEG Facilities, the global venue management division of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), has launched an international campaign showcasing its network of venues to the world’s leading convention organisers.

The AEG Advantage campaign was unveiled today by AEG Facilities’ senior vice president of convention centres (Los Angeles), Brad Gessner, and AEG Ogden director of convention centres (Sydney), Geoff Donaghy.

As part of the campaign, a website (aegadvantage.com) has been established to outline the features of each of AEG’s venues and to serve as a news hub.

An e-newsletter will also be issued to clients with venue updates.

Donaghy (right) says the AEG Advantage is about more than just the physical venues:

“It is also about our outstanding cuisine and five-star chefs who source local produce to capture the flavours of each destination. And it’s about sharing knowledge and regional expertise across our global network to continually deliver world-class standards.”

“Our extraordinary teams offer local knowledge, vast industry experience and attention to detail to ensure a unique experience specific to the destination and one that convention delegates remember for a long time,” he adds.
