Re-imagine is the theme of the Singapore MICE Forum taking place from July 28-29 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
The event , which is in its sixth year, is the flagship of Singapore MICE Week organised by Saceos, the association representing the industry in the city. The week has a strong education component with Masterclasses, Amite (Asia Meetings and Incentive Travel Exchange), PCMA Meetings Forum and the Singapore MICE Challenge, a competition for students.
The re-imagine theme was chosen because it is considered a crucial part of creating events.“It inspires us to go back to the drawing board, to re-create and challenges us to put forth fresh ideas for our clients, constituents and the industry,” according to organisers.
This year’s programme introduces a strong line-up of international and Asia-based speakers, including many experts speaking for the first time in Singapore. Invited speakers range from ICC Sydney CEO, Geoff Donaghy, and Michelle Crowley, senior director with PCMA to Kati Quigley, of Microsoft, and Steve Smith, of George P Johnson (Singapore).
