Events company JLEM used its 10th anniversary to roll out an exclusive service for corporate events and socials: Ladies With Taste. JLEM general manager Jenny Lie secured the Asia rights to the service through contacts in Holland, where she grew up. Ladies with Taste gives the standard drinks and canapes a glamorous twist with models pouring Champagne, shucking oysters, serving macaroons or oysters and presenting gourmet snacks from specially made belts. The service was given its official debut at Boujis nightclub in Hong Kong.
