TCEB rolling out ’Meet Well’ deals

THAILAND is wooing the global meetings and incentives market with a campaign promising planners perks across 14 destinations in 2026. The “Meet Well in Thailand” initiative was unveiled this week by Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) at IBTM World in Barcelona.

“The ‘Meet Well in Thailand’ campaign reflects how far our MICE ecosystem has evolved,” said Supawan Teerarat, President of TCEB. “Built on strong collaboration, it leverages the expertise and resources of diverse stakeholders for maximising event outcomes and return on investment.”

Supawan said the programme was designed to “create unprecedented value for MICE planners and travellers while strengthening Thailand’s positioning as a world-class destination.

“It empowers planners to deliver outcomes that go far beyond a successful business event,” she said.

The campaign brings together more than 130 service providers across Thailand, offering planners a menu of privileges and discounts that reads like a wish list: wellness programmes, luxury accommodation, dining, off-site venues, transportation, shopping, workshops, cultural attractions and even low-carbon activities.

Highlights include up to 20 per cent off wellness packages, 40 to 80 per cent discounts on shopping, and special group rates for every 15 rooms booked.

Fourteen city destinations are in the mix, spanning Thailand’s four key regions. These include the five established MICE hubs and nine “high-potential” cities along with 40 five-star hotels and resorts, four wellness establishments and four leading shopping malls.

The deals coincide with a calendar of global events being hosted in Thailand, from the Global Sustainable Tourism Conference and Global Wellness Summit to InterPride’s 2026 World Conference in Phuket, plus sporting spectacles like the Spartan SUPER World Championship in Chiang Rai and Tough Mudder in Pattaya.

“This is the opportunity for those attending global events in cities across Thailand to maximise privileges under the campaign,” Supawan said. “They have a wider range of destination options that can be tailored to their agendas and interests or combined with scheduled flagship events in each host city, creating more value and flexibility for every MICE programme.”
