Brisbane Truck Show has once again shown its pulling power, drawing a record-breaking 54,790 attendees to Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC).
Managed by ASM Global, BCEC has hosted the biennial Brisbane Truck Show since 2011. This year’s edition marked a significant milestone, with attendance figures soaring by 12,000 compared to the 2023 event.
The surge was driven by a strong turnout from both international and domestic industry leaders, alongside a passionate local audience, according to organisers.

Organised by Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA), the Brisbane Truck Show is rated as the largest automotive exhibition in the southern hemisphere.
“The HVIA team relies on the BCEC operations team, integrating seamlessly to ensure a smooth event. 2025 was no exception with the staff of the BCEC going above and beyond to ensure a world class event,” said HVIA chief executive Todd Hacking.
Spanning 35,000 square metres across three levels, the show transformed BCEC into a dynamic display of big rigs, trailers, accessories, and the latest in transport technology.
Hacking said the venue’s flexible infrastructure and expert operations team enabled the seamless delivery of “the most logistically challenging event in Australia”.
Beyond the main exhibition, BCEC also hosted 17 associated events, which underlined the venue’s role as a central hub for industry engagement. The Truck Show’s impact extended well beyond the venue, with Truck Week 2025 turning Brisbane into a city-wide celebration of the trucking industry.
BCEC general manager Kym Guesdon said: “The Truck Show is a celebration and recognition of the crucial role truckies play in keeping our country connected.”
