KEYNOTE speakers and panelists from Frasers Hospitality, Jack Morton Worldwide, the World Travel and Tourism Council, Bloomberg and more are being lined up for ITB Asia 2025 with topics ranging from AI to sustainability.
The speakers will be among the high-profile participants across ITB Asia’s three co-located events at Sands Expo and Convention Centre Singapore, from October 15-17.
The ITB Asia expo along with MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia will share the theme of “Future Forward: Transforming Travel and Tourism in a Changing World” .
Conference sessions are set across specialised stages – the Knowledge Theatre, MICE Show Asia Theatre, and Travel Tech Asia Theatre – over three days.

The conference will open with Michael Shoory, Head of APAC Tourism Analysis at Tourism Economics, who will deliver a comprehensive outlook on travel trends within Asia Pacific. He will be followed by Nick Lim, CEO (Asia) of The Travel Corporation, offering insights into the evolving nature of travel experiences in Asia.
CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS BY STAGE
At the Knowledge Theatre, senior executives will tackle strategic issues shaping the future of travel. Sarah Wang, Regional Director for Asia at WTTC, will explore growth drivers in the Asia-Pacific travel economy.
Todd Handcock of Collinson International and Katrina Nicholas of Bloomberg will unveil findings from the 2025 Asia Pacific Consumer Happiness Report, examining how travel contributes to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Chew Hang Song, COO of Frasers Hospitality, will address the hospitality sector’s response to rising demand for personalised, tech-enabled experiences, balancing innovation with human-centric service.
The MICE Show Asia Theatre will spotlight the evolution of business travel and corporate events. Vishal Sawant and Sherry Sethoe of ATPI will discuss integrating smart technologies while preserving the human element in business travel. Eugene Ng of Jack Morton Worldwide will present on creating immersive event experiences, while Ilaria Cicero (IEG Asia) and Errol Lim (Jublia) will explore how networking is shifting towards purposeful, ROI-driven engagement.
At the Travel Tech Asia Theatre, the focus will be on cutting-edge technologies reshaping tourism. Masahiro Yamashita of KAYAK will delve into the role of generative AI in personalising travel. Scott Krivokopich of 1982 Ventures will highlight venture capital’s role in identifying breakthrough travel tech innovations. Léa Vernet of D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions will share how connectivity and partnerships are revolutionising hospitality ecosystems.
