First off, MIX wishes its readers Happy Holidays. The MIX newsletter will be taking its Christmas and New Year break and will be back on January 9, 2025. We will continue to update the MIX website in the interim.
We look back on an interesting year when it comes to business events, conferences and incentives. While the world of investment and trade is on tenterhooks with the change of administration in the US, the MICE industry – particularly in China – continues to look forward to new opportunities.
We’ve been covering Hong Kong’s bounceback in the international business events scene and the progress made in China within the same sphere. Such efforts are likely to be the real barometer when it comes to business events in 2025.
Plenty more hope for the New Year is around the corner whether in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and other markets that share this forward-thinking attitude when it comes to the soft power of business events. And you can read all about it here on MIX.
