HONG KONG Dark wood furniture, leather sofas and armchairs, fine wine selected by its very own sommelier — few details make for an exquisite dinner experience as those featured in Grand Hyatt Steakhouse’s newly opened upper level.
The new dining section has two private rooms: one overlooks the hotel lobby and can seat a group of up to 12 people, and the other – fitted with a bar for pre- and post-event cocktails – can hold up to 36 people.
Groups can have a salad bar set up in either room, and enjoy a showcase of seasonal produce, home-smoked salmon, liver pate, and premium Iberico ham.
Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is located on the Mezzanine floor of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. It is open daily for dinner from Monday to Sunday.
