Over 200 industry leaders are set to attend EIBTM’s Meetings Leadership Summit this year, held at Unesco World Heritage Site Modernista Sant Pau Complex on November 17. This is the second year the summit will take place, which will be facilitated by journalist and business presenter Nadine Dereza.
On the agenda is a session led by head of meetings and events for American Express Europe, José Antonio Ruiz and director of France and Switzerland Saskia Gentil, who will discuss what can be expected from the global meetings and events industry in 2015. Leadership and performance specialist Rasmus Ankerson will also deliver a talk on his area of expertise, while Philippe Fournier of the Joint Meetings Industry Council will be awarding the JMIC Power and Profile Award, which recognises contributions to education and awareness of the meetings industry.
EIBTM senior exhibition director Graeme Barnett says: “EIBTM is the annual global industry meetings place and it deserves an event of this calibre aimed at giving the leaders of this industry an evening of peer-to-peer networking, an exceptional programme of speakers and all set in this unique World Heritage Site of Barcelona.”
