BALI Conrad Bali has launched a VIP Meetings Package that seeks to give groups an in-depth, sense-of-place experience of the island – something that goes beyond providing a venue and conferencing facilities.
Meetings will be hosted in the Conrad Suites, a separate wing from the main resort, which can be accessed through its own entrance. Private spa pavilions, a swimming pool and dining lounge are up for exclusive use. Benefits of the VIP Meeting Package include the services of a multilingual staff as well as a personal butler on 24-hour call. The Suites can accommodate up to 70 guests.
“The idea of this meeting package is to offer delegates a luxury experience compounded by a high level of privacy and limited access,” said Mirah Marhaendra, marketing and public relations manager.
As an add on, the package also includes the Stay & Source Programme, which offers to help delegates shop for unique local handicrafts and furniture. Run in partnership with Sourcing Bali, the initiative gets veteran buyers of bespoke local crafts to help VIP delegates purchase memorable souvenirs, from celadon tiles to wood carvings.
Especially targeted are collectors of unique furniture pieces, or those planning projects such as a Bali-inspired restaurant, for instance. A Sourcing Bali account manager will run interested delegates through the process of identifying design goals and materials to be used, as well as commissioning the design and managing shipping arrangements.
The VIP Meetings Package is available to groups booking a minimum of eight Conrad Suites and staying two consecutive nights. For more information, visit www.conradbali.com
