ORGANISERS say AIME will cement its leading status as Asia Pacific’s No.1 event for the business events industry when the 2025 show opens in Melbourne next month.
The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is due to get underway at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre February 10-12. The event will be co-located with the UFI Asia Pacific Conference which runs from February 13-14.
Talk2 Media and Events, which manages the show on behalf of Melbourne Convention Bureau, said AIME 2025 will be the biggest yet – breaking the records set by the 2024 show.
We have expanded our footprint at our MCEC home to accommodate more than 650 exhibitors, 650 hosted buyers and the 20,000 meetings that are set to take place on the showfloor next month.”
– Silke Calder, event director with Talk2 Media Events
More than A$330 million of business was forecast yo be traded between exhibitors and buyers in the 12 months following the 2204 event, organisers say.
AIME also named Best Exhibition or Trade Show at the 2024 Australian Event Awards for the third year running.
Talk2Media says more than 200 new exhibitors will be attending AIME 2025 with two new international pavilions: Singapore and Thailand. Nearly 30 countries will be represented at the event.
