This will be the last MIX Newsletter of… 2025. Yes! We will be back in the New Year, bringing you the latest updates and features that matter to those working in and associated with Asia Pacific’s business events industry.
There’s a lot to look back at over 2025, when it comes to conferences, incentive travel and events. Too much to lay out here, in fact; but at this time of year our thoughts must turn to the victims of tragedy, in whichever part of the world they may be suffering.
From our base in Hong Kong, last month’s fire in Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po, was heartbreaking. Even as Christmas approaches, the mood errs on the sombre as the human cost of the tragedy still unfolds.
Events ranging from local event-industry meetings and the Clockenflap music festival have been asking participants to remember the 160 people who lost their lives, those still missing and the families whose lives have been upturned.
Tidings of the Season, but in Remembrance.
