EVENTS and hospitality technology provider Cvent has teamed up with the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Asia Pacific as the official onsite registration and event app partner for The Business of Events conference in Singapore.

The “strategic alliance” is designed to significantly enhance the on-site experience. Cvent’s suite of event technology solutions will be rolled out to give attendees a seamless and engaging event experience.
The event runs from April 13-15 at Marina Bay Sands.
“PCMA APAC’s Business of Events 2025 is all about empowering our community with the ideas, tools, and connections they need to thrive,” said Florence Chua, PCMA, Managing Director, APAC.
“Partnering with Cvent allows us to enhance the attendee journey – from check-in to session engagement – ensuring a seamless experience that is a necessity, not an option,” she said.
A Cvent spokesperson said its Event in a Box solution would streamline check-ins and badging for PCMA’s The Business of Events (BOE). One of the key components, the OnArrival 360, is aimed at simplifying and accelerating these processes to ensure a smooth and impactful experience for attendees.
The Attendee Hub mobile app will be deployed to enhance participant engagement and allow organisers and attendees to concentrate on BOE’s programming and engaging discussions.

This collaboration is about more than just technology – it’s about setting a new standard for the future of events. “Together with PCMA, we’re dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring every attendee has a memorable and impactful experience.”
