Grand Hyatt Hong Kong put on a night to remember to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The grand event was themed 'Rising To New Heights' and it did exactly that as 400 guests gazed up from the lobby at opera singer Lucy Kay – second runner-up of 'Britain's Got Talent' – who gave a mesmerising performance from the balcony. General manager Philip Yu gave a thankyou speech before guests enjoyed the hotel's culinary delights as Canto-pop legend Kenny Bee took to the stage and rocked the otherwise sedate Tiffin tea lounge. WRG creative agency produced the November 26 event.
