Disney offers corporate groups chance to chill in ‘Frozen’ village
Theme park extends business-event buyout scheme to snow-themed attraction

10 Jul 2015

Disney is counting on corporate event buyers warming to a chilly new concept at its Hong Kong theme park during summer.

Hong Kong Disneyland Meetings is offering groups exclusive access to its snowy "Frozen" village as part of a Park Buyout or Corporate Mix-in deal on selected dates in September.

Participants can enjoy a toboggan ride, snow-themed interactive games, sing in a group performance or even build a snowman.

The park experience can be arranged for 4pm onwards and include the Disney Paint the Night Parade, before private access to Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point and the Frozen village from 5:30pm.

The new concept is an adaptation of Hong Kong Disneyland Meetings' successful Park Buyout scheme that begins in September. Corporate groups with 5,000 people or more can have exclusive evening access to the park, while groups of at least 500 can join a Corporate Mix-in Night in which they share the park with other business event groups.
